    This is not exactly related but I thought I should share my recent experience with Gap. I purchased a few items on line and returned one item which by standard practice I paid the shipping cost. To my surprise, not only I paid the initial cost, I was informed by email that Gap will charge me extra on shipping and handling on international returns which comes to nearly 50 percent of the returned value. Unbelievable!!!
